Structure - The Unit has to have a working organization.
Bones - Well constructed.
Interior Design that appeals to every age.
Electronics or the ability to have Electronics.
Outstanding Photographs of the Property. We are surrounded by outstanding media, one has to compete.
Get rid of The Junk. If it does not have a purpose, get Rid of it.
The Five Senses. Appeal to all of them.
Art.
Computer Room.
Media Room.
