Not sure what to do for dinner?

Petit Filet or Rainbow Trout?

I was in my height of glory, when I ran The Steak House in the famed Palmer House,  center of The Loop, Chicago. Imagine, Steak - morning, noon and night. I always say, I could live on Bacon and Eggs, and Sirloin and Home Fries. Why did I get involved with a Seafood Chain of Restaurants?
