The Palmer House

I always say, I started my Restaurant Career at the famous Palmer House. I managed The Steak House and The Empire Room. That was a number of years ago. I know Chef Alberto, Ivan Kenessey and Eugene Sage would have different stories. I was in heaven, Sirloin Steak and Fried Potatoes every meal. Those were the days.
