Ritz devised a code that still applies to his Paris namesake: See all without looking; hear all without listening; be attentive without being servile; anticipate without being presumptuous. If a diner complains about a dish or the wine, immediately remove it and replace it, no questions asked. Although today it seems a cliché, Ritz was the first to mandate that “the customer is always right.”
That is the way we feel too. In this ever changing society, we are kinda Old School. We believe the Customer is Always Right. We bend over for our customers. We want them to experience the best. Joie de Vivre!
