I think the Home Buyer in the future wants space or they want to feel space - Floors, Height, View. They can either afford to Space or they have to make the Space. I think we are returning to Minimalism, with as much built-in, hung, put-away, being the ideal. I think we have all learned that it will get cluttered soon enough, so a good starting point, or starting on a budget will be Built-Ins and Minimalism.
