Intense Olive Martini

 

How dirty do you want it? This is a filthy martini. The left and right from the olives is calmed by the delicate herbal tones of the lillet. Intense carries this where a lesser vodka would fail. 

 

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Intense

10ml/ ¼ oz Lilet Blanc Vermouth

Dash grapefruit bitters

Muddle olives with 1/2 olive brine. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a large green queen olive.
