60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
2 Stems fresh rosemary
10ml/ ¼ oz Simple syrup
10ml/ ¼ oz Lemon juice
25ml/ ¾ oz Pear puree
Press gently on the rosemary in the base of a heavy bottomed mixing glass. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with either an edible flower or a stem of rosemary.
